UP THE DOWNHILL: Diane Edwards, who founded the fitness program at Leisure World Laguna Hills 20 years ago, has a new book out on the subject. It’s called “Prime Moves” and is aimed at what she calls “mature” adults (E2). . . . “Physiologically, from age 25 you start going downhill,” says Edwards, a physical education professor at Saddleback College. “Without exercise, you continue to deteriorate.”
