Disturbance at Riot Site
If that little demonstration was about to trigger a riot as the LAPD would have us believe, if people are just itching to riot, needing some event to trigger it, what’s going to happen when they don’t have a location to focus on but an event such as an unfavorable verdict? The LAPD is doing this community a gross destructive disservice. For in their zeal to clean up their tarnished image, they went out and created an incident and then demonstrated their ability to quell it. But they also created more animosity in the community and put ideas in a lot of people’s heads.
