1 Killed, 2 Wounded in South-Central Shooting
Three people were gunned down--one fatally--Tuesday night in South-Central Los Angeles, authorities said.
The shootings occurred in the 5500 block of South Normandie Avenue, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Phillip Weireter.
Details were not immediately available, but Weireter said the bodies of the dead and wounded were scattered along the block. One person was pronounced dead at the scene and two others were taken to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center by Fire Department paramedics.
