Midwest Firm Acquires Diener Industries
Diener Industries Inc., a privately held Chatsworth maker of erasers and novelties, has been acquired by WinCraft Inc. of Winona, Minn. The price was not disclosed.
WinCraft, a maker of pennants, buttons and other licensed sports-related merchandise, said Diener will operate as a WinCraft subsidiary and continue to be headed by Diener’s president, Murray Garrett.
