New Image to Spin Off Styles On Video March 10

New Image Industries Inc. said the previously announced spinoff of its Styles On Video Inc. unit will occur March 10.

That’s when the Canoga Park-based company plans to distribute all of the stock in Styles On Video to New Image shareholders of record Feb. 8. They will get one share of Styles On Video for every five New Image shares owned.

New Image mainly markets imaging systems and cameras that enable dentists to provide “before” and “after” images of their services. Styles On Video provides a similar system for beauticians and hairdressers.
