It’s Official: Ice-T officially signed a deal with Los Angeles-based Priority Records on Tuesday to distribute his “Home Invasion” album. The album, now due in stores on March 23, originally was to be released by Warner Bros. Records, but the rapper and the company parted ways two weeks ago over “artistic differences,” culminating the controversy that built up over his “Cop Killer” song last summer. The new deal only covers this album, and does not include future releases or recordings by Ice-T’s hard-rock band, Body Count.
