Now the Pittsburgh pathologist has signed on as a consultant for the survivors of Col. James E. Sabow, who challenge the military’s explanation that the El Toro Marine killed himself in 1991 amid charges of plane misuse. . . . “I don’t have any preconceived notions about the case,” says Wecht.
