ANOTHER OPINION: Dr. Cyril Wecht made his name as a forensics expert challenging the “single-bullet theory” in the JFK assassination. Now the Pittsburgh pathologist has signed on as a consultant for the survivors of Col. James E. Sabow, who challenge the military’s explanation that the El Toro Marine killed himself in 1991 amid charges of plane misuse. . . . “I don’t have any preconceived notions about the case,” says Wecht. But he cautions that proving that a suicide was faked is “rare, rare, rare. . . . That’s only in movies.”
