TECHNOLOGY : Platinum Announces Windows Versions of Accounting Software

Platinum Software Corp. in Irvine said it is launching Microsoft Windows versions of its accounting software for corporate computer networks.
The company has previously released DOS versions of its software, but it is now branching out to Windows, the popular computing software that features pictures and graphics for easier use.
The software, dubbed Platinum for Publisher, can be used in conjunction with sophisticated corporate databases. It sells for $1,995.
