More Awards: The Publicists Guild of America will give multiple Oscar nominee Clint Eastwood its motion picture showmanship of the year award today during its annual awards luncheon at the Sheraton Universal. Debbie Allen will serve as host of a pre-Oscar celebration at Paramount Studios today to benefit the Universal Dance Designs scholarship fund for inner-city children. Arsenio Hall, Dionne Warwick and comedian Sinbad will take part. . . . “All My Children’s” Susan Lucci will again be host of the prime-time airing of the Daytime Emmy Awards when ABC carries them May 26. She was co-host last year with Phil Donahue.
