More Politics on TV: Four White House network correspondents--ABC’s Brit Hume, CBS’ Susan Spencer, NBC’s Andrea Mitchell and CNN’s Wolf Blitzer--will be on tonight’s “Larry King Live” to discuss President Clinton’s first 100 days in office. The program airs at 6 p.m. on CNN. . . . Vice President Al Gore will get his chance to defend the Administration’s record, when he is interviewed by Barbara Walters on Friday’s “Good Morning America” on ABC at 7 a.m. and by Paula Zahn on “CBS This Morning” at 7:30.
