World IN BRIEF : AFGHANISTAN : 76 Feared Dead in Military Plane Crash

A military transport plane flying from Kabul to Mazar-i-Sharif crashed in northern Afghanistan, apparently killing all 76 people on board, U.N. officials said. The Soviet-made Antonov 32 went down near the town of Tashqurgan. Among those aboard were the commander of an army transport unit and 15 members of an army wrestling team.
