CAMARILLO : Park Still Taking Engraved Bricks
Camarillo residents have until the end of this month to order bricks engraved with their names to be laid in the Constitution Park walkway.
The bricks cost $25 apiece, with proceeds going toward the park’s renovation. About 2,000 engraved bricks have already been laid.
Assistant City Manager Larry Davis, who is treasurer of the volunteer Camarillo Constitution Park Committee, said he has been deluged with requests over the past two weeks for the additional bricks.
Davis said he and other committee members will accept orders until at least June 30.
