Mirren, Bonham Center, Davis Team Up on PBS

Helen Mirren, Judy Davis and Helena Bonham Carter will star in an adaptation of E.M. Forster’s “Where Angels Fear to Tread” on PBS’ “Masterpiece Theatre” this fall.

Also scheduled for public-television’s long-running drama series are “Selected Exits,”a biographical salute to Welsh author Gwyn Thomas, with Sir Anthony Hopkins in the lead role; new episodes of “Jeeves and Wooster,” with Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie, and “Sharpe,” a four-part story about a British soldier (played by Sean Bean) fighting against Napoleon.
