To promote California agriculture, Heritage Productions is sponsoring a California bounty recipe contest. The grand-prize winner receives a two-week culinary tour of Europe plus $10,000 spending money. The rules are simple: Come up with original recipes for main dishes using California products in one or more of nine categories--processed tomatoes, processed dairy products, rice, prunes, raisins, wine, beef, lamb or chicken.
