Pothole Problem Perplexes Resident
Who is responsible for filling a big hole in the street at the (northwest) corner of Duarte Road and Rosemead Boulevard? I’ve called and called for months. First, the San Gabriel Street Department. They say call the L.A. County Road Department. They say it’s a highway, call Caltrans.
Can’t someone come out with a bucket of asphalt and fill up that pothole?
