Warner Reversing Policy on Used CDs: Warner Elektra Atlantic Corp. became the latest major music company to yield to pressure from angry merchants and return to providing advertising support for stores selling used compact discs. Last week, CEMA Distributors reversed a similar policy and began providing ad money again for its Capitol and EMI labels.
