Temple City : School Chief’s Contract
School board members have extended the contract of Supt. Clint Taylor to June 30, 1996, and increased his pay.
The Board of Education last week voted 4-0 to increase Taylor’s pay from $88,800 to $93,264 a year. Board member Charlotte Bria was absent.
Taylor, hired with a three-year contract in July, 1991, was to receive an automatic increase annually but took no salary increase last year because the district faced budget cutbacks.
The board extended Taylor’s contract last year to 1995 and in its latest action extended it again.
