Wonderware Corp.: The Irvine software company reported a third-quarter profit of $1 million, or 9 cents a share, nearly double the $502,000, or 5 cents a share, recorded for the like period last year. Revenue totaled $5.6 million, 93% higher than the $2.9 million recorded a year earlier. For the first nine months of 1993, net income rose to $2.4 million, or 23 cents a share, from $953,000, or 10 cents a share, for the comparable three quarters of 1992. Revenue doubled, to $14.6 million from $7.2 million.
