News, Tips & Bargains : A Cold Shoulder for Euro Disney
British Airways is scrapping package tours to Euro Disneyland, the theme park in France.
The carrier said that it had hoped to fly 5,000 people to the park this year, but only 1,000 are expected to go.
“British holiday-makers are giving Euro Disney the cold shoulder,” the airline said in a statement. In the United States, demand was also weak, prompting the carrier to remove the Euro Disney land packages from its London Plus holiday brochure, a spokeswoman said.
