Microsemi Selling Omni to Technology Marketing

Microsemi Corp., a supplier of semiconductors and other equipment for computers, said Wednesday it will sell its Omni Technology Inc. unit to Irvine’s Technology Marketing Inc.

The price for the unit, which accounts for about 5% of Microsemi’s sales, was not disclosed. The deal is expected to be completed in 90 days.
