What’s at the top of travelers’ shopping lists? Consumer Reports Travel Letter put the question to its readers earlier this year; the responses are in the graph below. And how much did they spend? About 41% said they spent $100-$299 on U.S. trips and almost as many said they spent $300-$999 per trip. Overseas, almost half spent $300-$999.
