Jason Miele scored 13 points to help Valencia to a 42-38 victory against Cerritos Friday in one semifinal of the El Dorado Coed Classic.

Valencia (5-3) takes on Corona tonight in the title game at 7:30.

In another tournament game:

El Dorado 57, Sunny Hills 43--Jeff Moore had 16 points and Dustin Miller had 14 for El Dorado (3-4), which plays Downey at 1:30 p.m. today for the consolation title.

In the Damien tournament:

Riverside Arlington 61, San Clemente 56--Luke Mannix led San Clemente (5-2) with 18 points as the Tritons fell in the consolation round.

In the Express League:

Harbor City Gateway Christian 75, Huntington Beach Claremont 40--Steve Kimball scored 25 points for Claremont (3-2, 0-2). Gateway Christian (4-1, 2-1) was led by Chris Bumss with 31 points.

In the San Dieguito Tournament:

Santa Margarita 70, Carlsbad 45--Guard Brian Scoggin had 15 points for Santa Margarita (3-2) in a first-round game.

In nonleague games:

Calvary Chapel 81, Anaheim 55--Jose Cervantes had 19 points, including five three-pointers, for host Calvary Chapel (4-5).

Orange 69, Estancia 49--Gil Gonzalez scored 24 points and Pat Harris added 18 points to lead Orange.

Brea-Olinda 60, Chino 46--Matt Budiford, who had four three-pointers, had 20 points for Brea-Olinda (2-8).

Loara 65, El Modena 41--Scott Davis connected on five three-pointers and had 24 points to lead Loara.

Magnolia 43, Katella 42--Frank Henderson led Magnolia with a game-high 17 points.

Esperanza 57, El Toro 37--Mike Thimgan scored 13 points to lead Esperanza. Jeff Bone scored 13 for El Toro (5-4). Esperanza made 29 of 34 free throws.

St. Margaret’s 55, Capistrano Valley Christian 43--Damin Raibon scored 18 points, had 12 rebounds and blocked seven shots, and Lupe Rodriguez had 17 points and seven assists for host St. Margaret’s (6-3).

Villa Park 65, Orange Lutheran 57 (OT)--Chip Bernards scored 17 points, six of them in overtime, for Villa Park. Orange Lutheran tied the score on two free throws with 40 seconds to go in regulation but did not score again.
