BISMARCK, N.D. — A teenager who pleaded guilty to killing his father, mother, brother and sister received four life terms.
Michael Neugebauer, 17, could be eligible for parole in 24 years with good behavior. He had pleaded guilty in October to killing his father.
Neugebauer said he can’t remember killing the rest of his family in January, 1992, but he pleaded guilty Friday to the other murders, acknowledging that prosecutors have enough evidence to convict him.
