Super Bowl XXVIII and the aftermath of the Northridge earthquake highlight the weekend’s viewing choices.

The Buffalo Bills and the Dallas Cowboys meet in a rematch Sunday at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta on NBC. Dick Enberg and Bob Trumpy call the action, which begins at 3 p.m. on Channels 4, 36 and 39.

For people still uncertain about dealing with the earthquake and its aftershocks, KCET offers “Teacher-to-Teacher: Coping With the Quake,” today at 10:30 a.m., and again at 6:30 p.m., on Channel 28.

A special edition of “Case Closed” looks at unscrupulous contractors who get rich off of a calamity, tonight at 7 on cable’s USA. The program repeats Sunday at 9 p.m.

And, “L.A. Extra” examines the long-term effects of the earthquake, including the status of schools and how the local economy will be affected, Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on KABC-TV Channel 7.

Controversial figure skater Tonya Harding and her chances of competing at next month’s Winter Olympics at Lillehammer, Norway, will be the topic on several public affairs programs.
