Bono and Gavin Friday co-wrote and duet on two songs, both creepy, cannily crafted, percussive delights--if hardly hits; Sinead O’Connor, in her prettily tense mode, sings a third insinuating big-beat ballad by the pair. Period rockers from Jimi Hendrix, Thin Lizzy and others make the cut, along with score excerpts by Trevor Jones.
