Tri-Lite Lighting Inc.: The light fixture manufacturer and distributor said Wednesday that its subsidiary in Philadelphia has received a contract worth $3 million to manage and maintain lighting systems at 515 Kmart stores in the Midwest.

Prolite Lighting Management Corp., the subsidiary, also is continuing discussions with Kmart that could result in a “considerably broader business relationship” between the two companies, according to Irvine-based Tri-Lite. Future work could include energy management and lighting retrofit installations.
