Police arrested three men Wednesday on suspicion of stabbing an Oxnard man who remained in critical condition at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard.

Tuan Le, 24, was attacked in the parking lot of a convenience store at the corner of 1st Street and Rose Avenue in Oxnard at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

Le and an unidentified friend stopped at the store to buy cigarettes, police said. While Le waited in the car for his friend to go in the store, three men approached him, demanded his money and stabbed him at least four times before running away, according to police.
