TUSTIN : Six-Week Course on Parenting Offered
The Tustin Unified School District is sponsoring a six-week course for parents who want to build a stronger relationship with their children.
Dubbed “Active Parenting,” the course features discussions on communicating better with children and setting discipline and appropriate behavior as well as sharing of experiences among the participating parents.
The classes begin tonight and continue on Tuesdays through March 29 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Barbara Benson Elementary School, 12712 Elizabeth Way.
Cost for the entire course is $15, which includes materials, child care and refreshments, according to instructor Chris Wall.
