Sizzler Plans to Raise Cash, Boost Shareholder Value: Los Angeles-based Sizzler International Inc. is considering selling its 89 Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants or its Buffalo Ranch concept in an effort to raise cash and boost shareholder value. Those are only two of the options Sizzler is considering, Chairman James Collins told Bloomberg Business News. Collins said a KFC sale or Buffalo Ranch spinoff are still “ideas,” not definite plans, and that Sizzler hadn’t made any decisions on them yet.
