Bowman Named I. Magnin Chief: Scott Bowman, president and chief merchandising officer of I. Magnin, has been selected to succeed Joseph Cicio as chief executive of the San Francisco-based store chain. Bowman will assume his new duties Aug. 1. I. Magnin, which has 11 stores in California, is owned by R.H. Macy & Co.
