DANA POINT : Vector Control Board Applicants Sought
Community volunteers are needed to represent the city on the Orange County Vector Control District board.
The district is responsible for controlling the rat, fly and mosquito populations in Orange County.
Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month at 3:30 p.m. in the district office at 13001 Garden Grove Blvd. in Garden Grove.
Board members serve two-year terms and are paid $50 a month. Applications are available at the city clerk’s office in City Hall, 33282 Golden Lantern, Suite 203. For more information, call (714) 248-3505.
