* Rocio Saenz, organizer of the Justice for Janitors campaign, will speak on Proposition 187, dubbed the “Save Our State” initiative, at 7 tonight at a San Fernando Valley/Northeast Los Angeles chapter of the National Organization for Women meeting at Union Federal Bank, 13300 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks. * The Valley West Democratic Club is planning a poolside barbecue dinner, dance and night of entertainment Sunday at the Braemar Country Club, 4001 Reseda Blvd., Tarzana. Featured speakers will include Rep. Anthony C. Beilenson (D-Woodland Hills) and Rep. Howard L. Berman (D-Panorama City).
