Ticket Policy Changed
The directors of Adventure City, “The Little Theme Park Just for Kids” that opened last Saturday in Stanton, have announced a change in the park’s admission policy.
According to co-founder Allan Ansdell Sr., many visitors on opening weekend expressed a preference for a pay-as-you-go policy as opposed to the single-ticket format originally implemented. So, as of this week, guests have two admission options, said Ansdell.
For $9.95, you can purchase one ticket good for unlimited access to the two-acre park’s rides, attractions and entertainment. Or, you can pay $1.95 for admission to the park and live shows, then purchase separate tickets for each ride. A dozen tickets costs $5 and most rides require two to three tickets each, said Ansdell.
Also, when the park opened, children under 2 were admitted free. The new policy is that kids under 1 will be admitted free. For hours and other information, call (714) 236-9300.
