Insurance Merger: Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Insurance Services of Orange County Inc. in Placentia has completed a merger with Anaheim-based Granger Hanna Insurance Associates, the companies said Thursday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton is a subsidiary of a Richmond, Va., company that provides services to the insurance industry. It has operations in 16 states and the District of Columbia.
