Teachers Management & Investment Corp.: A spokeswoman for the Newport Beach investment fund said Friday that the company’s receivership hearing first set for next week has been postponed to Sept. 19.
A lawsuit was filed against the company on Aug. 23 seeking appointment of a receiver and alleging that the company is insolvent and has lost $100 million of investors’ funds through fraud.
