A Six Sense Helps Da Vinci Owners Plan Details of ‘Summer’s End Eve’
It’s six courses, six wines, $65 per person (tax and gratuities not included) and starts at half past 6. A coincidence? “I love the number six, and five also,” admitted Layla Boyajian. “My husband is 65.”
Layla and Mike Boyajian own Da Vinci Ristorante, where Guenoc Winery presents “A Summer’s End Eve” dinner on Friday. A succession of entrees includes a tartelette of lobster gratin a la chef Roberto, served with the Northern California winery’s Reserve Chardonnay from its Genevieve Magoon Vineyard, and lamb chops with fresh herbs and Porto sauce accompanied by its Beckstoffer Cabernet Sauvignon.
