Outlook: Wright, who led the freshman-sophomore team to three consecutive league titles, takes over for Jim Armstrong, who resigned after last season. Wright couldn’t have picked a better season to take over. The entire starting lineup is back from the Orange League co-championship team, and the Wildcats lost only two games--to Corona del Mar and Foothill--this summer. Matthews, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound hole man, leads a balanced attack.
