PRO FOOTBALL / DAILY REPORT : RAMS : Henley Makes Return to the Starting Lineup

Darryl Henley was in the starting lineup Thursday in place of cornerback Steve Israel, who has been bothered by tendinitis in his knee, the result of chasing Atlanta’s Andre Rison all over the field last week.

Coach Chuck Knox said he wasn’t sure who would start the game against the 49ers.

“We have to wait and see how Israel’s tendinitis is,” Knox said. “We’ll see who is ready and able on Sunday morning.”

Defensive tackle Jimmie Jones missed practice because of a sore toe. Jones hurt his toe in Atlanta and it was stepped on in Wednesday’s practice.
