The Rev. Timothy B. Muller will be installed as pastor of Messiah Lutheran Church in Buena Park at 3 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Richard Schumm conducting the installation. Muller also serves as pastor of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Fullerton.
