Foreign Exchange Reserves Hit Record High: Taiwan’s foreign exchange reserves rose $250 million to a record $90.39 billion as of the end of July, the central bank said. Reserves increased on income from interest payments and a decline in the value of the U.S. dollar against other currencies held by the bank in July, a bank press official said.
