Nona Morelli’s II Inc.: The firm said Tuesday that, in a complicated and drawn-out sale and repurchase of a gaming subsidiary, it will operate a bingo parlor operation as one of its subsidiaries.
The Irvine pasta maker sold the division in April to E.N. Phillips Co. Inc. in Woodland Hills in a stock-swap transaction, which was completed Tuesday when Morelli acquired a 10% stake in Phillips and became the single largest shareholder.
