James McCloskey was named executive vice president...
James McCloskey was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Pinkerton Security & Investigation Services. McCloskey replaced Robert Vitamante.
Previously, McCloskey was chief financial officer of Concurrent Computer Corp.
Also, C. Michael Carter was named executive vice president, chief counsel and corporate secretary. He replaced Gerard S. Brown. Carter also was employed at Concurrent Computer where he served as senior vice president of operations.
McCloskey and Carter were brought in by Chief Executive Denis R. Brown who joined Pinkerton in April and is assembling his new management team. Vitamante and Brown are no longer with the company.
Pinkerton is based in Encino and has more than 200 offices worldwide.
