Chrysler Boosts Capital Spending Plans: Chairman Robert J. Eaton told reporters at a seminar in Italy that the auto maker plans to increase the figure to $20 billion between 1994 and 1998. Eaton said capital spending for 1995-99 will be even higher. In the 1993-97 period, the figure was $17.3 billion.
