Counterfeit Clothing: Led by Carlsbad-based No Fear, representatives of major trademark apparel brands and authorities Thursday swooped down on an Anaheim business that last year was cited for selling counterfeit clothing.

What they found was that a year later, nothing much has changed. In the warehouse of the business, T-Shirt Wholesale Co., agents of the state’s Department of Justice discovered thousands of counterfeit sweat shirts, shorts, jackets and other clothes stacked 20 feet high.

And as they did a year ago, authorities and apparel representatives confiscated these goods--with images of Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny and logos of trademarks like No Fear--loading them into a truck.

Charges are pending against the business owner, On K. Sim, who is on probation after last year’s raid, said Darryl Phillips, a Justice Department special agent. Sim did not return telephone calls.
