A Wearing Situation

Cutting edge or lunatic fringe? I’m referring to the men’s fashion roundup in the Sept. 18 issue (“Man About Town,” Style). It seems like “Let’s see how weird we can get and shock the middle-class suburbanites.” I can’t imagine a normal guy wearing most of the garb depicted.
