Richey Electronics Inc.: The Garden Grove electronic components distributor reported a 64% increase in profit for the third quarter, to $471,000, or 8 cents a share, from $288,000, or 5 cents a share, for the 1993 third quarter. Sales rose 21%, to $22.8 million from $18.9 million. For the first nine months of 1994, profit tripled, to $1.4 million, or 23 cents a share, from $465,000, or 10 cents a share, for the corresponding period of 1993. Sales increased 42%, to $66.2 million from $46.7 million.
