Nominations Open for Family of the Year
LA PALMA — Nominations for La Palma Family of the Year are being accepted through Friday by the city’s Recreation and Community Services Department office in Central Park, 7821 Walker St.
The winning family and all nominated families will be recognized at the City Council meeting Nov. 15.
The competition is being coordinated by the city’s Cultural and Beautification Committee. Nomination forms are available at Central Park, City Hall, the library and from various churches and service organizations throughout the city.
