LOS ALAMITOS : City Council Hires Janitorial Service

The City Council has hired a Sepulveda maintenance company to provide janitorial services at City Hall and other buildings.
Council members voted unanimously this week to pay Bell Building Maintenance Co. $1,210 a month to clean City Hall, the council chambers, engineering and finance offices, the restrooms at Laurel Park, and teen and community centers.
Bell’s bid was one-third of the one presented by the only other bidder, Sure Shine Janitorial of Fountain Valley.
The contract is effective through June 30, with an option to extend.
