PenUltimate Inc.: The company said Monday it has signed agreements with four firms to distribute its software internationally.

The Irvine-based company valued the combined commitments at between $5.5 million and $7.5 million for the next 18 months.

PenUltimate’s international affiliate channel announced agreements with Wilson Learning Corp. of Minneapolis; Stamford, Conn.-based Dawn Technologies Inc.’s Sales Force Australia unit; Clear With Computers of Mankato, Minn., and Nippon Wilson Learning of Tokyo.
