Health Systems Executive to Retire: Eli Lilly & Co. said the chief executive of its newly acquired PCS Health Systems Inc. will retire and probably become a consultant to the company. Robert C. Johnson, PCS chairman and chief executive, will retire Jan. 15. Lilly earlier this month acquired the prescription drug management company from San Francisco-based McKesson Corp. for $4 billion. PCS said Johnson decided to leave the job for personal reasons and was under no pressure from Indianapolis-based Lilly.
